TM0.8

The Multiformer TM0.8 has been designed for the manufacture of any shape of springs and/or bent components. The machine consists of a wire feed rollers group and a rotating quill which can independently turn the wire during the feeding. The system includes a coiling head arranged for coiling on pivot or for push coiling. The linear and/or rotary bending modules are mounted on watertight, dust-proof roller guides, ensuring thus a smooth operation and a constant degree of precision. The Multiformer is equipped with an electronic computer based on Windows system. The program management is made easy by an advanced graphical interface which enables a simple and functional man-machine dialogue.
The machine can be equipped with an electronic transfer which transfers the parts in various working stations, increasing this way productivity and offering more flexibility.
