SPRING END GRINDING MACHINE

This machine is provided for simultaneous grinding of both ends of cylindrical and conical compression springs.
The springs are loaded – either manually or automatically – into the rotating loading plate.
The loading plate rotates - either continuously or indexed – and guides the springs through the grinding wheels.

1. Digital indication of the grinding wheel position
2. Automatic compensation of grinding wheel consumption (optional)

4. Standard cooliong system for loading plate and grinding cubicle

7. Adjustement of the grinding wheel speed
8. Quick repositioning of the grinding wheel after their change
