The new series of electronic tension spring coilers has been designed for the production of tension springs with following loops: English, German, Half German, tangential loops and hooks.
The CNC system controls wire feed, coiling pin movement, wire cut-off and the loop lifting slides. Furthermore, the machines are equipped with a transfer unit which locates the springs in the center of the looping unit of the second station in order to carry out the lifting up of the second loop.
The program management is made easy by means of the use of a graphic interface which enables a simple and functional communication between the machine and the operator.

Main features

The looping unit is adjustable respect to the position of the spring end; in this way it is no more necessary to adjust the spring end before lifting up.
The software has been arranged for a double program management, offering this way the possibility to work simultaneously on the working centre and in the second looping station, increasing thus the machine output.
The table in the second station may be opened for free admittance to the machine and this facilitates machine equipping.
The machine software includes also control functions and automatic adjustment of position and diameter.
