SPRING END GRINDING MACHINE

This machine is provided for simultaneous grinding of both ends of cylindrical and conical compression springs.
The springs are loaded or either manually or automatically or into the rotating loading plate.
The loading plate rotates - either continuously or indexed or and guides the springs through the grinding wheels.

CBN grinding wheels as well as conventional ones can be utilized.

1. Digital indication of the grinding wheel position
2. Automatic compensation of grinding wheel consumption (optional)
3. Spring length gage
4. Standard cooling system for loading plate and grinding cubicle
5. Adjustment of loading plate rotational speed as well as of indexed operation
6. Quick repositioning of the grinding wheel after their change
7. Adjustment of the grinding wheel speed
8. Automatic spring loading device (optional)
