ELECTRONIC PRECISION SPRING END GRINDING MACHINE

Spring end grinding machine with two loading plates which are assembled on a rotating table. During the grinding cycle the second loading table gets in position of loading / unloading.
This system is particularly suitable in case of using automatic loading devices.
The machine has been realized for the plane-parallel grinding of both compression spring ends.

Following grinding methods may be effected:

1) Continuous grinding
(optional) 2) Downfeed grinding (digital grinding)
3) Downfeed grinding with spring length control EVCON

1) Automatic controlling and positioning system.
2) Automatic grinding wheel wear compensation.

4) Standard cooling system for loading plate and grinding space.
5) Special cooling system through the grinding wheels (optional).
6) Electronic adjustment of the loading plate rotation speed.
7) Automatic positioning of the upper mandrel group after the dressing process or grinding wheel change.
8) Additional device for a rapid grinding wheel change.
9) Possibility to execute downfeed grinding using a special loading plate (OMD patent).
10) Industrial PC with a graphic visualization for programming, diagnostics and statistical production data.
11) Possibility to connect to a network for remote assistance (optional).
